inconvenience and offered to refund and replace the order, which is company policy and honor the same prices if she received a discount. Ms. [redacted] refused that offer she wanted the order shipped out at no cost.  Again, it was stated to Ms [redacted] by the agent that the order could not be shipped free; therefore, she was refunded for her original order (7/23/17). Ms [redacted] was asked again if she wanted to replace the order she stated know. In addition, she indicated that she paid out of pocket for the postage to ship the incorrect order back to our warehouse.
