It is in effect, absolutely ridiculous that this woman accused us of overcharging and not performing to a certain standardWe also made the attempt to tell him of her wishes but during our phone call to him after his daughter called and stated that we should not proceeded to the house with our trailer full of mulch, he instructed us to get to his house IMMEDIATELY and 'get his work done' and he was extremely upset that she had told us to cancel our servicesHe told us that she had absolutely no say in the matter of having landscaping services done at his home, and he also told us that she DID NOT live with him at the residenceAlso of significance to me is the fact it NEVER seemed that he was anything but completely coherent and in a sound state of mind, perfectly capable of making an informed decision to hire us to perform our services at his residenceSo in review, her two claims that a) we took advantage of her elderly father and b) that our hours of work were only worth $150.00, are both absolutely preposterousHer father was absolutely thrilled with our work when it was done; and we actually sat with him for minutes the day we met him, explaining in full detail what our service would include, how long it would take, and we delivered EXACTLY what we promised, as we strive to do with every single customer to whom we offer our professional servicesWe offered references, we showed him our portfolio of completed landscaping projects from the past three years, and we walked around the house together during which we explained again in full detail the work we proposedI have at least pictures taken that back up what we didThroughout the day we worked at his residence, he maintained a very appreciative disposition towards myself, my business partner, and the young student we had hired from TSTC in Waco to help usNothing but kind words were exchanged in our many discourses throughout the dayWe are a company that prides itself on high quality work and while we are a small business, we would never stand taking advantage of anyone for financial gainI feel somewhat insulted by this woman's claims against my business practices, as I consider myself an honest and hardworking Christian and business owner, one who has no need of drawing in business by taking advantage of elderly onesI would appreciate your following up on this claim with the actual individual for whom we provided service; the light his account will shed on this subject should far surpass any cloudy story claimed by an individual who was not even in the state of Texas at the time, an individual who apparently herself wanted to be paid for performing the services we conducted, according to her father, our clientThank you for your consideration and effort in this matterSincerely, [redacted] Landscaping & More P.SIn the two days following the completion of this letter, before I had the chance to post it, correspondence was received by a person claiming to be the son of the customer whose daughter submitted this claim to the Revdex.comBecause of the nature of the messages received by my business from this person, I am very doubtful that the claims of this woman will be seen as anything but lashing outThe comments border on "hate speech." Hired Landscaping and More the first week of June Contract says they will help re-weed, re-fertilize, and help water the lawn It has been almost a month since they have been back to my home I paid them in full for the service and then they charged me an additional $for a pallet of grass to cover remaining spots in yard Needless to say, they ran out of grass AGAIN! The window area in the front of my home has no grass, and one of the side areas of the home (behind the fence) has no grass either In an email summary, I have a quote of $ In that same email, it states "This is a PRICE GUARANTEE, as there will be absolutely no hidden costs or fees, and you wont pay a single penny over this price" I had to pay $more, and they still wanted more money My yard is not finished I am very dissatisfied with this company They promised to come out last week to remove weeks, but did not show up Don't waste your time with this company, pay the extra, and go with a more responsible company
I am seeking at least, 1/of what I have paid them, because I still have to pay someone to finish the job they started

The information in *** ***'s email is totally falseMy father has had Westview Nursery, *** *** and other lawn services perform landscaping on his yardI am well aware of the going rate for the services he "supposedly" performedThe shrubs were not trimmedYou can buy bags of bark at HEB for $He may have used bags - $worth of barkWeeds were pulled around a shed and in the back pointWe have a six foot fence around the property, so no HEB bags were in the yardThis man is a "scammer" of the elderlyMy father is an year old Alzheimer's patient and was taken advantage ofHis nurse called me (I was on vacation) and told me that my father called these guys and she knew it was a bad dealWhen I called and told *** *** to cease - do not perform the work, he argued with meI am sure he knew he hit the jackpot with my fatherI am aware my father called and requested they come a 2nd time, *** *** knew the situationI intend to write a letter to the editor of the Waco paper about this situation and to post my complaints online to save others from *** ***Regarding the son of the customer comment, my brother lives in Salt Lake City, UTI believe *** *** has someone else confused with usBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

( The complainant is aware of the size of the yard. ) All bushes were trimmed, totaling well over 500 feet of bushes total, and we also by hand removed a huge amount of weeds from the flowerbeds that totaled I believe, over 2000 square feet, somewhere in the vicinity of 2200 to 2600 square feet total. All mulch and vegetation debris, as well as quite a large number of plastic grocery bags originating from the neighboring HEB store, were removed from the beds and underneath the bush hedges. In my opinion, considering there were numerous plastic bags embedded in the soil and in and around nearly EVERY row of bushes, it would be hard for me to share [redacted] view that the property was 'immaculate.' Her father was absolutely thrilled with our work when it was done; and we actually sat with him for 45 minutes the day we met him, explaining in full detail what our service would include, how long it would take, and we delivered EXACTLY what we promised, as we strive to do with every single customer to whom we offer our professional services. We offered references, we showed him our portfolio of completed landscaping projects from the past three years, and we walked around the house together during which we explained again in full detail the work we proposed. I have at least 10 pictures taken that back up what we did. Throughout the day we worked at his residence, he maintained a very appreciative disposition towards myself, my business partner, and the young student we had hired from TSTC in Waco to help us. Nothing but kind words were exchanged in our many discourses throughout the day. We are a company that prides itself on high quality work and while we are a small business, we would never stand taking advantage of anyone for financial gain.
