Review: Partial Landscaping services were performed, paid in full, but a section of the written contract was not fulfilled. Complaints in the form of Angie's list, phone and text messages, email have failed to cause the owner to make contact and fulfill the contract. The contract section that was not fulfilled was copied and sent to the owner. He has not responded and is considered by me as a company that does good work but is totally non-responsive when the work they contracted todo is not completed.Desired Settlement: Should I not be contacted, and the job is not completed, legal action to complete the job or provide a refund of the funds paid will be the next step.
