[redacted] has been a client of ours since for snow removal After speaking with her daughter who has requested we stop service, we have finished our research into the issue with the following: [redacted] was billed and has paid her account for the month of December 2016.On January 5, we had a snow storm which [redacted] had already cleared her drive and no charge [redacted] was billed for snow removal on the 16th of January which was a 4'' snow storm It is quite apparent that the individual putting the numbers in the system did error and for this we apologize ***'s daughter was called as well to let her know that this was a clerical error and an honest mistake The amount owed by [redacted] is for one snow removal of $ A corrected invoice will be mailed to her today We again apologize for this error and would be happy to continue offering our services to [redacted] if she wishes

snow storm which [redacted] had already cleared her drive and no charge. [redacted] was billed for snow removal on the 16th of January 2017 which was a 4'' snow storm.  It is quite apparent that the individual putting the numbers in the system did error and for this we apologize.  [redacted]'s daughter was called as well to let her know that this was a clerical error and an honest mistake.  The amount owed by [redacted] is for one snow removal of $42.38.  A corrected invoice will be mailed to her today.  We again apologize for this error and would be happy to continue offering our services to [redacted] if she wishes.
