Review: Landscape Solutions installed a paver fire pit area in the summer of 2010. The pavers settled over the next months creating a ponding effect. Landscape Solutions returned in the summer of 2011 and repaired the settled area, stating that it would not happen again. In the summer of 2012 the pavers had settled again and the ponding returned. When Landscape Solutions was notified again the responded that they'd make repairs in the Fall fo 2012. There has been no response to our email and phone inquiries regarding repairs to the pavers. We can not use the area because of the settling and because we don't know if/when Landscape Solutions will make repairs (requiring the movement of plants and a stone fire pit to allow for access).Desired Settlement: Landscape Solutions offered to repair the area in the Fall of 2012 by removing the stones in the affected area and adding cement and rebar to prevent any future settling. We'd like them to make these repairs.
