Good Afternoon,Our company was hired by Pulte homes to install the sod on Mr. [redacted] home.   We installed the sod and rolled it two times with a 18”x24” poly sod roller which holds 28 gallons of water (equal to 270lb. of weight) to compact the sod to the soil and remove any air...

pockets.  He was not satisfied with the size of the roller and sent a very demeaning email titled To The So Called Boss.  We alerted Pulte Homes and they requested that we have him call their office with any further requests.  When Mr. [redacted] called our office we very respectfully requested that he contact Pulte Homes warranty department.  He did not like that and called our office 4 more times which we respectfully requested each time that  he contact his builder.  Mr. [redacted] then threatened to blast our company, which he did.  I spoke with him directly on the last call and explained to him in detail that we work for his builder and they have requested that he call their office directly.  We did roll his yard as you will see in the pictures attached.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.Sincerely,[redacted]
