Review: I purchased a Crype Myrtle tree on 12-27-12. At the time they planted the tree I, asked if it was deep enough , they assured me that it was. They put two stakes to hold the tree. Two weeks later the tree was leaning, they came back and put two more stakes.About Six months later the whole tree was leaning sideways, they came back and dug around the tree and straightned it, and put steel rods through the roots and several more stakes. As of today the tree moves back and forth with just a little wind, and I can move it myself back and forth with just a little pressure. It's been a year and a half, the tree looks sickly and hardly has any leaves. When they planted it it was about 16 feet tall. I don't think they planted it deep enough. I paid 400$ for the tree. Every time I try to contact them they don't return my calls, and when I go over there the Lady in the office won't give me the owners cell phone number and she laughs me off.Desired Settlement: I would like another Crype Myrtle tree, or a refund

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Landscape Images Ltd regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Landscape Images contactd me and came out to look at the tree. They told us to fertilize the tree and they would come back in August to look at the tree again. The tree looks bad, and I am hopeing the fertilizer will help it. When I asked the owner what he would do if the tree didn't take root by August, he said he would come back and fertilize with a better fertilizer, and if that didn't work by the end of the year he would replace the tree. I hope I can believe what he is saying. As far as I am concerned this complaint has not been resolved.
