My business with the landlord is being handled in a separate manner.I reject the response from the business because it does not address the complaint I have presented and take the response from the business to be that they do not want to discuss the complaint through the Revdex.com.The unethical conduct of this business is obviously not going to be resolved in this forum.I consider this complaint to be closed and unresolved based on the content of both responses from the business.Regards,James ***

This is a landlord-tenant issue.  Address it with the landlord per the terms of the lease.

went above and beyond what is customary by providing an 18 minute uncut video of the property that was shared with the Tenant who choose not to visit the property before signing the lease.  To our knowledge, the Lease Contract does not provide a remedy for "buyer's remorse."The Landlord and Tenant need to follow the language of the lease and figure it out between themselves.  Attempting to defame an innocent 3rd party is completely inappropriate and unnecessary.
