I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The fact of the matter is a Landrys member pays a fee to join and when signing up they give you the highlight which sound really good. The fine print on the agreement should actually be explained when the person is signing up. I would definetly not recommend this membership. They take away rewards the customer has earned. They can call it whatever they want to call it.
Regards,
