occurred as well as our solution. Our office does not have the capability to originate ACH payments unless the information is provided by the customer. On the date in question, our office sent an email reminder to[redacted] regarding a payment due our office. This was the email address designated by the customer when they established their account. The recipient of this email then logged on to our website and made the payment in question. Based on the information we've received, there very well could have been an unauthorized payment made on the account, but it originated from the customer's office not ours. We vehemently deny that we acted bad faith or attempted any unauthorized withdrawal. We are certainly willing to reverse the payment and credit it back to the customer's account. We have no desire to keep payments that were not intended for our office. I've begun the process and the customer should expect the credit to appear in the next 5-7 business days.
