I fell behind on a payments and have made a double payment to catch up. I mailed the payment for which 3 weeks later the Company said they never received it. I told them I would check with my bank to see if it was paid. Since it was not paid I call the company to pay over the phone with my debit card.The company said they will only except payment if I gave them 3 payments at that time. I did give them the 3 payments. I then put a stop payment on the check in case it got into the wrong hands. This company called the next day and said they found the check after I gave them 3 payments over the phone. They left a message. I thought since I gave them 3 payments they would throw the check away. Today I got a letter saying they wanted the money for the bad check plus 35.00 for it or they would prosecute. I want to mail another 2 payments which would catch me up. She would not except the payments. Please help us!
