Review: This Shell gas station at [redacted], Maryland is a rip-off; they hike the price in gas every time especially on Tuesday and Thursday; plus they hike the price if you use a credit card, which I understand that some gas station charges an additional 0.06c to use credit card.However, today I went there (8/19/2014) and on Tuesday's 20c off per gallon; yet they were selling the premium gas for $4.11 premium price on the pump, the board is showing $4.05; another sign is showing $4.21; yet I watched the attendant went to one of the signs (that displays -if use credit card) and changed it to $4.91 per gallon. I honked my horn at him because I wanted to ask him why the difference is pike and why he has changed the other sign to $4.91? but he kept walking back to the inside of the store. I then called on the phone and asked him how much was the gas today for premium gas he said $4.85; plus .6c if you use a credit card. I asked him why was I charged $4.11 and why he also changed the sign to $4.91, he said I must have came there before the signed was changed. I told him I just drove off from there and I tried to call out to him and he ignored me. He kept on saying I was there before the sign was changed;It was 8:20am on 8/19/14 and I asked him when does Tuesday starts? This is wrong; consumers must be protected from these kind of frauds and the government must ensure regulations are in place or Shell itself should be checking on these stations that we are ripping off consumers! Also, this is NOT the first time this same scan has happen to me and I called and got the same hogwash story; If they are promoting .20c on Tuesday; that's what should be happening not the other way around;Desired Settlement: That the Government or the regulators look into this and stop this kind of practice. It is WRONG! this is bait and switch and compound and stacking of the gas price to profit themselves...
