Horribly unprofessional and our deposit has not yet been returned Stay clear of Landmark Never rent at Tarzana Palms (a landmark property @ Reseda blvd91356), building is poorly maintained, most tenants party with loud music and openly smoking weed, screaming, yelling, puking off balconies, etccan be expected on any days and nights of the week, most tenants do not supervise their delinquent children who are allowed to destroy property including vehicles in the parking lot, security gate in the parking lot is constantly broken due to children hitting it with basketballs and running into it with bikes, pool is constantly shut down by the health department, and Landmark does little about any of these issues Horribly unprofessional and our deposit has not yet been returned

I live on Riverside Drin Valley Village for years The Aptbuilding is well kept and the manager is very respectful

I live on Riverside Dr. in Valley Village for 10 years. The Apt. building is well kept and the manager is very respectful.
