Landmark Pools

Review: After calling Landmark Pools to seek their advice on the part number of a pool heater cover, I purchased their recommended model. When I received this item it would not fit.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them in order to return the item. However, despite my messages I have never received any contact from them. The original purchase occurred in October 2013 and it is now January 2014. Now, when I try to contact them on their advertized number, I get the message that "This number that you dialed is not in service". Their advertized number is ###-###-####. I am now unable to even continue my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is simply to return the item for a full refund.
