Review: I signed a contract with Mr. [redacted], from Landmark Pools on 5/25 2014 to have some concrete,tile, and paint work done to my cement pool. The cost was $9600 dollars,so this was not a small thing. Work progressed along until it came to the paint , which was two coats with a lasting time of 4-5 years. This immediately be came a problem.The paint blistered and peeled, to the point it had to be done over twice. This still did not solve the blistering and peeling. By this time the season was quickly progressing, so it was agreed that I would fill the pool for use, and Landmark would be back in early Spring,2015, to repair the paint problems. To date I have emptied the pool of water, contacted Landmark via two phone calls and two E-Mails with no response from Landmark at all.They have totally ignored my input. I do not like causing trouble, but I do not know what to do short of a law suit.Desired Settlement: I see no reason why they cannot finish what was contracted, but it has to happen quickly, or I will lose another swim season.Proper contact info for Landmark pools is Phone, business [redacted],Cell [redacted] E-Mail [redacted]
