Landmark Garages

We are working to resolve the construction issues and receive the final building approval this week.

Landmark garage is agrees to complete the garage provided the homeowner agrees  that they  have rescinded the request to terminate the contract. At that time we will schedule the work as soon as possible.

Landmark Garages will discount the final invoice $1400.   This is for the roof not being an impact resistant shingle.   We will call for the final inspection by November 18, 2016.

The main house electrical service must be rerouted by the homeowners electrical service company. That work was not included in the bid.  When that has been done, we will order the final building inspection.
