Purchased a bridal wedding ring set that came with Lifetime warrantyI have had this set for almost three years and have had issues with diamonds falling out randomly (times total) The business is refusing to honor my lifetime warranty
Upon purchase, I was guaranteed lifetime warranty and shipping reimbursementI have sent the band or ring out three times over the past year dealing with this issue, I was only reimbursed one time for shipping costs
I have emails and text messages supporting my lifetime warranty and shipping reimbursements
