Ms [redacted] and her boyfriend (not her husband) came into the office screaming and yelling at my assistant [redacted] *** He then threatened me verbally using profanity I called the cops and the cops came and filed a "no trespass" against him and had him banned from the property I have attached the application paperwork showing that applicants will not be given deposits back if they cancel right before move in Her apartment was not given away She was upset that her move in date was extended by one day and called to cancel on us I have vacant apartments and I do not have a need to give anyone's apartment away Please let me know if you need anymore information -- [redacted] The LandmarkCommunity Director

I am rejecting this response because: My Husband and I did not come into anyone business screaming. I was under the appretion that I was recieving my deposit back. Me and my husband was not upset for the reason she created. We wasn't upset at all ! They did call the police on us , And the police was on our side. The police was the one to inform us to go to the Revdex.com ! They also informed us to go to the CIVIL COURT , which we are. I have a witness who heard the women on the phone say they gave our apartment away and we would have to wait on another one. SO YES I asked for my deposit back. She say in the lease if I cancel by a certain time I want get it Back. Well for the simple fact I did not CANCEL They gave it away I Should Recieve my Deposit and my $50 For supposing to hold my apartment. Luckily I still have my receipt !! I have my Witness . I have my phone Records. Ms.[redacted] Said That she was going to Shoot my husband in witch we told the POLICE. The police gave us his NAME & BADGE number just in case. WE Shall get Justice.. Yes I will be calling Him . My Grandmother was there & was also harassed. All I'm asking if for my DEPOSIT back.

have attached the application paperwork showing that applicants will not be given deposits back if they cancel right before move in.  Her apartment was not given away.  She was upset that her move in date was extended by one day and called to cancel on us.  I have 50 vacant apartments and I do not have a need to give anyone's apartment away.  Please let me know if you need anymore information.  -- [redacted]The LandmarkCommunity Director
