Review: My husband and I had a fence installed by this company about 3 years ago. Last fall, I tried contacting the company for weeks on end due to the front gate malfunctioning. I left voicemails and also spoke to the secretary with never a return back regarding my problem. In total I must have contacted the comany 7-10 times with no return call. I work full time and go to school full time and just now getting a chance to write this. I feel that this company does stand behind it's product. I am currently still searching for someone to hopefully fix the gate that we have not been able to use in almost a year. We paid a lot of money for this fence ($10k+) and I don't think the gate should malfunction only a few short years later.Desired Settlement: I just want other consumers to know they might run into the same problem we have. And I wish I knew how to go about fixing my gate! I don't even know what their warranty is because I can not get a return phone call.
