The person that made the complaint was not a customer in this situationThe person that made this compliant was a resident of a private apartment complex for whom we tow forHer vehicle whiled parked on the private property was in violation of her lease agreement.we towed the vehicle per the
private propertys requestshe received an invoice which she signed that explains the breakdown of the charges

I am rejecting this response because:
 There is nothing explaining what the charges are in detail just a generic tow storage etc I was not parked on private property as I live there and I was not told my car was going to be towed as I saw neon yellow stickers on others cars
