Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/19) */ Landlord Tenant Services did not ask Mr [redacted] to fill out the first or second application We work for members only and would never do that ALL applications are submitted to LTS after the prospective tenant completes it; returns it to our LTS member, and the member will submit it The only exception is LTS is managing the said property(s) In this case; we are not! Mr [redacted] is requesting paperwork from LTS The only paperwork we have is what he provided to process the application (3rd page attached) This email was forwarded to LTS by our member (we can forward the email to Revdex.com if necessary) Our application clearly states on top, "Fill out this application thoroughly and return to landlord." Mr [redacted] signed the application, disclaimers, and provided income verification LTS attached a copy of the application and information Mr [redacted] provided to clarify what was sent We do not provide anything to the prospective tenant; we provide a recommendation to our LTS member (www.LTservices.us home page will clarify this as well) LTS is not the bottom line decision maker! If a member did not rent to Mr [redacted] he should have been provided a denial letter explaining why Not from Landlord Tenant Services! LTS has not received any voice messages in the last two weeks from Mr [redacted] We check voice mail every two hours and return calls in a timely manner I can only assume he is calling the landlord he applied with, not LTS As an aside, if Mr [redacted] has applied with two separate LTS members, and has not been recommended (twice); why would he apply a third time? LTS has a non-refundable application fee Honestly, I hate to see him waste his money if he is not being recommended, unless the landlord chooses too It contradicts his complaint! In closing; Landlord Tenant Services must adhere to State, Federal, Fair Housing, and FCRA guidelines Landlord Tenant Services stays in strict compliance and has never had any issues in regards to his complaint
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Landlord Tenant Services did inform the prospective tenant and the member on our service They did not have any concerns or issues The information on the report was limited to his name and brief summary of his background information His social number, address, date of birth,
phone number, or any confidential information was not on the report The only number on the report was for our LTS member (will provide if needed) Again, nothing was compromised in any way He (prospective tenant) needed this information to apply for his occupancy permit to obtain housing

Landlord Tenant Services called and responded to Ms*** several times via phone, email, and text with myself or a member of my staff
The application submitted was not completed, and we had to contact Ms*** several times requesting different phone numbers (original applications and landlord reports attached)
Our turnaround time is 48-hours We did not receive the information in that time frame, and they were not recommended Our member contacted her with the results She called LTS, and we spoke with Ms*** over the phone and clearly stated what was needed She provided the information via fax on 1/22/ Attached is the original and updated landlord report we sent to our member on 1/22/ Also, please find attached a copy of the email sent to our member on 1/22/updating all of her information
LTS cannot control the correspondence between them Our criteria is clearly stated on our website www.LTservices.us and the 3rd page of the application Her income was too low to qualify Each person must qualify on their own If our member decides to combine income, again, that would be between them, not Landlord Tenant Services I honestly do not know what else LTS can do for Ms*** We completed our job promptly with the information provided; followed criteria, and returned the information to our member She needs to speak with the owner of the property or the person that represents the owner
