Landings At Mallard Pond

We have had unresolved repairs since move in.We moved into The Landing Apartments on the first week of December. We submitted our walk through form that same week. We did not get any response on any time frame for the listed repair issues. In January we were informed of the transition of apartment management. We resubmitted the copy of the walk through form we had from the first submission. Again, we did not get an expected time frame. After waiting to see if there way a delay in the repair. We submitted a online repair request of the same items that was on the list of the walk through form. We forgot to include the building number. So we received an email from an office representative asking what building number. We replied with the building number. This email was back on the 4th of February. It is now 04/02/14 and we have not had a single issue addressed or repaired since we have moved in on the 4th of December 2013. Desired SettlementAll issues and repairs addressed and repaired before the 05/01/14 and one month of adjusted/discounted rate for the 4 months of non-repaired issues up to this point.Business Response The resident was contacted and once we received a copy of the issues, they were addrressed and completed.
