Review: purchased chip recived the wrong area I ordered a second chip and paid for it was told ok send back the first for refund. no refund.

I purchased a gps chip and got the wrong number in the order , callled them and told them the chip was in my boat in the bahamas and as soon as I recived the new chip I paid for I would send back the other one, which we did , original order in july recived in aug shipped to bahamas end of sept found out wrong version ordered new chip oct 7 recived end of oct sent old chip back they did not recive untill jan for some unknown reason maybe slow mail from bahamas . the order number is XXXXXX . I called for the refund 193.00 and talked to four diffrent people and got four diffrent answers why no refund , no return authorization, no refund policy , talked with head person who said he would not refund my money. Desired Settlement: full refund of my money as they have the chip and recived it in good order.
