Ms. [redacted] purchased her [redacted] on September 22 2015. At that time, the car had 73,745 miles. In this situation the customer has a 60 day OR 2500 mile warranty.  When she brought the vehicle to the [redacted] dealer with the initial complaint, the [redacted] dealer recorded her mileage as...

78,712.  Based on mileage alone, she was no longer eligible for warranty coverage under the Massachusetts State Lemon Law. Nonetheless, when she contacted us to let us know she had an issue with her vehicle, we offered to perform the repair at a substantial discount. We have responded each time Ms. [redacted] has contacted us regarding her concerns and have documentation that shows a large volume of communication.
