This client had setup and signed and EFT agreement and contract with Foremost Insurance Company. In the details of the contract it states that he has to cancel the EFT transaction a minimum of 3 business days before the transaction date. I have attached the signed eft form from [redacted]....

We have gone above and beyond to try to give [redacted] the best possible service and policy.

Review: I was in contact with an insurance agent over the phone and asked specifically if she pull my motor vehicle report in order to generate my premium for my new auto policy. I have emails where she says my premium will not change because she had pulled the report she then later said she had my driver liscence incorrect so I dont know how she pulled it but about a month later I got a letter saying they pulled my report and my premium would more then doubleDesired Settlement: I want retribution I had to cancell my old policy start a new one now I have to cancell this one I have lost funds due to time with insurance and having to issue new policy so I would like the old policy price regurdless if I qualify because that is what was promissed
