Due to a matter that went on in the day care director rude and noncompliant about give me the information on receiving my Childs belonging.August26,2014 I texed the director at Landeeingdam daycare regarding my Childs belonging director texted back and said that I should stop texting and calling her.me the parents was trying to locate the where about of my chids things director says she mailed the things to my address but I have not received my Childs things yet I director told me to stop calling her and call the [redacted] I called the lady I spoke with at the [redacted] told me I would need the tracking number I called the director back to get the tracking number from her she will not return any of my phone calls regarding my request.Desired SettlementI would like the tracking number how ever if the things can not be found my Childs things need to be replaced I could have got someone to pick the things up there was no need to the things to be mailed and we both are in Durham NC.
