Review: I signed on with Credence Law Group in Dec. of 2013, and am still waiting for an answer regarding a loan modification. I am very concerned now, because no one is returning my emails, and the document reviewer I dealt with has no room for further messages on his voice mail. I made a series of trial payments, payable to Credence Law Group, for a total of $4,256.05. This money was "put in a trust" while they negotiated with my lender on the modification. Just 2 days ago I got foreclosure papers from my lenders attorney, which I understood they could not do while I was in modification review. I want to sever all ties with Credence and get my $4256.05 back! I will deal with the lender directly now, and hope that I can work something out so I don't lose my house.

The original address I had for Credence Law Group (CLG) was in the Chicago area, so I contanct Revdex.com in Chicago. They suggested that I contact you in San diego, because the mail sent to the Chicago address came back. The principal lawyer for CLG lists an address in Santa Ana, CA.
