I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] on June 9,2015, Complaint ID [redacted] .Mr. [redacted] had two issues he addressed.1. Non disclosure of a Judgment affecting the property he purchased.2. Lack of funds to pay Property taxes and Insurance in his escrow account.In response:1.... Attached are two letters written from [redacted] inresponse to the claim filed by Mr. [redacted] on this subject. We believe these lettersaddress Mr. [redacted] complaint.PAGE 01/072. Land Title Company is a subcontractor for [redacted] ***, Mr. [redacted] lender, to handle the payment of taxes and insurance on their loans. LandTitle Company informed [redacted] of the lack of funds topay the full amount of property taxes and insurance on Mr. [redacted] account inNovember 2014 and again in May 2015. We are not to contact the borrower inaccordance with the contract. We continue to work with [redacted] ***to address this issue.Sincerely, [redacted] Office Manager
