I hired Land Tech to widen our driveway and build a retaining wall last fall. Went fine except for some ground settling where it was excavated. Land Tech said it was better to wait till the ground completely settled, and address back filling in the spring. I agreed. Now it is spring, the land has settled, and there is some erosion caused by runoff water being diverted where the land settled. I called Land Tech who told me erosion is beyond their control, but have a nice day. I had to have someone else fix it. Not the best warranty or customer service as far as I am concerned.
