Be very careful! Again, we had our "free" checkup and oh "We had so many problems!" Even though they had just installed the system less than 1 year before. The solution was needed immediately; we should move to a motel until it could be completed! Cost was over $10,000.00 for what was needed. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion. I was told that if anyone else "touched" the system all warrantees would be voided. Their Sales or Supervisors and paid on commission. Most of the work is completed by independent contractors. After 2 hours of debate the price was half that price. The former company, Bruno's, was recommended to us and I was happy with them and their people. If you are getting a new system from them; don't. If you insist, get at least one other bid and compare the written contracts!
