Not fulfilling prepaid service obligations
I prepaid for my snow plowing service in November. The first time they plowed the wrong drive way, the second and third time they barely touched my driveway with their plow. Pictures were taken immediately following the plow service showing inches of snow still in driveway. The drivers tire tracks left more of a mark than the actual plow. I proceeded to call the business to work out a resolution to my dissatisfaction where the gentleman on the phone yelled at me and using intimidation and sexist remarks.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a full refund of my prepaid snow plowing service as they are not fulfilling their obligations as well as for the extremely poor customer service experienced today over the phone.

Her only call was fri 1/25/19 to say She wathed them p bw T 2 am she saw them ( for 2 min doing their job) and had heavy snow and at 5:30 am she had to re shovel because of it so i'm confused she says she wathed them plowing herdrive is 9'x60' it only takes 60-90 seconds to do this job

She called to say the neighbor complained
5 days earlier and she said she caud not verify this
Then she threatened to come to office and " you really do not want that" I told to come to office it would make no difference

I am not disputing the amount of time it took them to plow the driveway. It could take 30 second or 30 minutes as long as the job is completed. I called two times prior to this formal complaint. The first time was when they didn't show and realized they plowed the wrong driveway and the second time after I had pictures of the lack of snow plowing immediately following his exit from my home. The owner of this company lied on the phone about who he was, yelled at me, and argued with me when I was simply calling to resolve the issue.

Lastly after this complaint was filed on the evening of 1/29 they showed up an hour and a half early (outside the time in the contract) to plow my driveway and never returned on 1/30. I was stuck in my driveway that entire day and missed work.

This issue is not resolved and I highly suggest consumers stay away from this company. It's a fraud paying ahead of time for their services.

Shorted Product
I ordered 20 yards of recycled asphalt, which I paid $558 for in cash on 4-3-2018. I work til 5 pm everyday so I did not get a chance to spread it until 4-6-2018 after work. After they delivered the material it looked as it was not 20 yards of material, but I gave them the benefit of my doubt and began to spread it after work on 4-6-2018. I counted each 1 yard bucket I loaded and I only was able to load 10 loads, which equals 10 yards. I went and talked to the owner and he said he delivered 20 yards. I explained to him that I have a loader that has a 1 yard bucket on it and I barley got 10 loads of material spread on my driveway. He told me that the load was signed for and I explained that the person who signed was my son and he is only 12 years old. He refused to bring or refund me the shorted material. I even told him I had pictures and he told me they do not show him any proof that I was shorted. He asked me why I did not call him Saturday(4-7-2018) and I said I did not know you were open on Saturday. I asked him why did that matter? He told me I was like the people that go to McDonalds or other places and want something for free. I told him that what he is doing is bad business.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the $279 for the 10 yards I was shorted or deliver the remaining amount I paid for.

Customer waited 6 days before any notification of any problem.
Customer waited until all 20 yards was installed, plus 4 more days , before communicating any issue of order quaantity.
Customer has already slandered us on google before notifying Revdex.com.
He was there when our driver delivered two-10 yard plies; never said anything about being short.
He didn't have any pictures with him, and pictures are not any sort of measurement.
He told us he looked online and it said we were closed,despite the fact that the internet shows us as being opened 7 days a week.
Originally he stated that there's no proof we were even there, or delivered the product. When told that the load was signed for by ***; he said he had no clue who that even is. When I said that it would be a matter for attorneys to figure out, he then stated , "oh well it's my 12 year old son"

The statement above is not correct. I bought the material on 4-3-2018. As I stated above that I gave the owner the benefit of doubt after the delivery and I started spreading it on 4-6-2018 after I got out of work at 5pm. When I finished on Sunday 4-8-2018, after counting the bucket loads of material I spread on my driveway, I had only counted 10 loads, which equals 10 yards that I spread with my loader with a 1 yard bucket on it. I came in on Monday 4-9-2018 and spoke to him. That is only 6 days not 10 as mentioned in his response. I was not present when it was delivered or I would have been the one who signed for the loads not my 12 year old son. I did have pictures with me they were on my phone, but he stated to me that "pictures don't tell me anything" and he didn't need to see them. I never once stated that they were not there. I stated that I was shorted material.

he SAID we were not opened on Sat & Sun. Lying !!! can't read we said 6 days!!
He meet both the drive & assistant driver AT Time of delivery!! He was driving his work truck "***" heating & cooling. Hes Lying Again!! When Asked to see his pictures itwas "Oh don't have them with him"! hes lying!(We are preparing a $25,000 slander case against this Lyer)

Well as I can see there will be no middle ground between the two of us. If he wants to sue me then so be it. At this time I have stated all the details of the complaint. I have already had another company come out deliver the remaining material needed to complete my driveway. I will rest my side of the complaint.

I hired Landscape Supply for a season of plowing and shoveling for my elderly grandmother. The first plow, they didn't shovel the sidewalk (which was an extra charge I had added). I called and the office staff said she was going to note the account for the plow person. The second time they didn't shovel the back deck OR the sidewalk (both of which I paid extra to have cleared). When I called to complain, the owner was completely unprofessional. He called me a liar, cursed at me , hung up the phone, and told me that I was trying to get something for nothing. He told me he would send a driver there to take pictures and show me that I was a liar. I met the driver there who was very polite and verified the shoveling was NOT complete. I called the office staff after meeting the driver and explained to her that I had 3 unpleasant conversations with her boss and had just met the plow driver at the house, and asked again for a resolution. The office staff did not call me back. When I told the owner Id like a refund for the remainder of the season (we are two plows in and dealing with this) he told me Id never see a penny.
