Jaguar Farmington Hills works diligently to offer our clients the utmost integrity & careDue to the mechanical nature of today's vehicles there are rare instances where diagnosis, repair time, and repair verification can take much longer than initially expected. In this case, we provided
extensive testing to address the clients concerns. Even to the extent of running diagnosis over a significant period of time to try and assist the client. During this time a complimentary new Jaguar or Land Rover loaner vehicle was provided to the client for the entirety of time the vehicle was at our facility. The tests available yielded a result that could not coincide with a coolant leak. There are some types of vehicle failures that are so rare despite a high level of testing, inspection, and diagnosing, it has become nearly impossible to make a repair determination

At this point, the dealership is trying to convey a false message as if they did no wrong when my vehicle was repeatedly brought back to the dealership due to their failure to resolve the matter (5 times). Each time my vehicle was returned, there was a document trail of issues the dealership failed to handle during previous visits.
