Hello, this is all very confusing to us,the last we heard from [redacted] is that she wanted to put her gutter job on hold as she had storm damage to her home so we put it in the on hold file cabinet, her job was for White inch gutters and 3xWhite downspouts.I don't know who put materials at her home,I would think it to be the contractor repeiring her storm damage,as when our crews do the work they would show up at the home in one of our trucks with the forming machines in it and manufacture the gutters and downspouts on site and install the products in the same day,we never drop off materials and leave them at a home to sit...I would think those materials could belong to her contractor doing her storm damage restoration because they sure don't belong to us,As far as a refund we would be more than happy to send her one,it is not our intention to keep money for services that will not be completed.I have made a phone call to [redacted] and explained the confusion on our end and wished her the best with tracking down who had materials dumped in her driveway and told her I would put her $in the mail A.S.A.PIn conclusion I believe this confusing deal has been resolved and we would be more than happy to do ***'s gutter installation in the future if her storm contractor ever completes her services
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me My contractor did not deliver the gutter materials I have told LOL gutters that they need to respond to their voice mail messages He assures me that he will talk with the person responsible for NOT responding to my numerous calls
