Land I.D.C Estate Corporation

I responded to an ad on *** for land. I advised of the moneys needed and sent information about how to bank transfer the funds to Land IDC Estate Corporation. I signed the documents necessary and submitted them and the money as requested. I was advised that, 'The deeds will come by mail but after title is run and title insurance along with a new survey. This is what the fees covered. Typical turn around is 30-45 days.? This transpired between March 12 and 14 th of 2018. It is now May 7 and I have not received the deeds. All calls and emails to the seller have gone unanswered as well as voicemails left at Land IDC.
