Land Drywall

I had an agreement with David (owner of Land Drywall) to complete my project for $1650. The project consisted of framing in ductwork, handing drywall, small patches, removal of popcorn texture and new texture to match the existing fine orange peel.

David knew he was using the wrong nozzle to apply the texture and left everything a mess. He sent me information for materials and deposit asking for 600$ to include paper and plastic to mask off the work area, which was paid upfront.

Once the damage was done, David told my dad who was managing my project while I was on a business trip the balance was $1650 resulting in overpayment for an incomplete project. David made multiple promises to come back and fix the texture but never showed up.

David never masked off any thing and sprayed drywall texture all over my house, destroying outlets, smoke detectors, and ruining the paint sheen on walls that I had no intention of painting. Over 20 man hours of cleaning have gone into cleaning up his mess left behind and the windows still have a film.
