an attempt to buy factory direct. Our policy is that if you have a dealer in your town we encourage you to go to them, if you don't we will ship parts to you in most cases. In closing this customer can still drive to his local dealer (3 miles from his house) and get any and all of the parts he needs, the local dealer is ready and able to help him.

I am being mischaracterized by the customer rep. In fact, he was continuously combative and continues to be so, even in this complaint resolution process. The Revdex.com is for resolving issues, not making ad hominem attacks.
