I had everything thru State Farm; Renter's, Car & Jewelry insuranceSpoke with Sheena B*** about switching to a different insurance company because they couldn't cover a specific ring for me & I wanted everything under one company, I discussed that I would call back on that Monday to cancel my policy once I started with the new company and we hung upOf course as life happens I was unable to call on that Monday to set up with a new company or to call to cancel State FarmLittle did I know that Sheena B*** actually went in and cancelled ALL of my policies without my expressed permissionMy apartment complex requires that you have insurance so naturally when they received notice that my policy was cancelledI was charged a fee! My car insurance and renters are now higher than they initially were due to me having a LAPSE IN COVERAGE! Lance K*** then informs me, not only did MrsB*** cancel my insurance policies but also notated the account stating "Policies cancelled due to customer request." Which WAS NOT the case! MrK*** stated that he would talk with Sheena about what happened and then would give me a callback to clear the situation upNEVER RECEIVED A CALL! I wouldn't recommend that you go thru Lance K*** let alone State Farm altogetherOne of the worst customer experiences I've ever had
