Review: My family is being billed $70 by Dr. Brimhall's dentist office for a no-show appointment in April 2013. My husband never agreed to the appointment we are being billed for. I spoke with [redacted] in Dr. Brimhall's office on July 9th. She stated my husband missed an appointment in March and he was re-scheduled for appointment in April and that he missed the April appointment and that is what the bill is for. She stated she called in March the day before his appointment for a reminder, called him to re-schedule when the March appointment was missed & called the day before the April appointment for a reminder. I've pulled our phone records for 2013 and show a 2 minute call on 2/13/13, a 1 minute call on 2/15/13 & a 1 minute call on 2/18/13 all of which pertained to a cleaning he had in February. I show no other calls from Dr. Brimhall's office until after I contacted them on 7/9/13.My family moved to Valdez Alaska the last weekend in March. My husband would never have made an appointment for April knowing we wouldn't be living in the state of Montana at that time. I'm not understating how Dr. Brimhall's office is claiming he was a no-show for an appointment he didn't agree to. Had there been an appointment & Dr. Brimhall's office called for the reminder appointment as claimed, my husband would have informed them we didn't live in Montana anymore and the appointment would have been canceled.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge of $70.70 (finance charge included) to be removed from Chart No. [redacted]) at Dr. Brimhall's office and for them not to contact us further on this no-show matter. Our bill is settled in full with Dr. Brimhall's office with the exception of this $70.70

Response:
[redacted] was contacted by Dr. Brimhall's receptionist on July 10th & she was told he would talk to me about the bill as I pay all the bills. Dr. Brimhall's office is well aware that my husband was electrocuted in 2011 & experiences memory issues. They texted [redacted] a picture with Dr. Brimhall's hair spiked as though the electrocution was a joke. So is Dr. Brimhall implying [redacted] forgot he was moving to Alaska to start work April 1st? There was no 6 month cleaning appointment scheduled & if one has magically shown up on the books since this complaint has been filed, they need to remove it & not charge us for an additional no show.
Can they provided phone bills that show the calls I mentioned in my original complaint? The reminder calls & the reschedule call? As stated previously, had those calls actually been made as the receptionist claimed, Dr. Brimhall's office would have been notified we moved & the no show wouldn't be an issue.
Thank you [redacted]

Response:
WOW! I'm sure [redacted] has no idea what his wife is doing. This is all ridiculous, [redacted] was friends with the girls in the office and if a picture was sent* it was between him and them and not our office,
To make [redacted] happy, I will adjust [redacted]'s bill to a 0 balance. However, when [redacted] moves back to Montana, our office will no longer treat him or his family and it will be necessary for him to find another dentist*
