Make sure you are completely satisfied before you make the final payment. Very hard if not impossible to get any of their mistakes corrected after final payment has been made!
Some of his workers lack professional knowledge and experience, so that explains a lot of the sub standard end result. I should of done more research before beginning this project!

A chunk (1ft x 2ft) blew off of my new roof in October or November of 2019. I contacted Lance B of Lance Blankenship Roofing Co the next day & Mr B assured me that it is a covered repair & that he would have it fixed. I called back after a few days to ask when he would have it fixed. He said that a representative (foreman) would call in a day. That call never came. I have called 15 or more times since & only spoke to Mr. B 2 more times with no satisfaction. He seems to be ignoring me.

Put on a metal roof on two porches and they still leak. Found out the roofs are not steep enough for metal they never should of sold it to us! Also charged 1400 to coat our pole building and fix holes. Holes are still there!!! And will not return calls nor will they answer our calls anymore!
