Lancaster Photography

On May 8th, 2014, The Lancasters were taking photographs in a conference room at The [redacted] in [redacted]. We received a flyer that invited us for the photo sessions just a few days before. We made an appointment and were photographed. I paid by debit card and the amount has cleared with my bank in the amount of $87.50 (cleared within a few days). He used an [redacted] app to charge my card. I am now concerned that they have that information. In exchange, within the week, we were to receive an 8x10 and a CD. When asked again, they affirmed they would be available by Sunday, or at the latest, by the next Wednesday. They even offered to deliver. I have attempted calls, emails, messaging, and I even found their address on[redacted] and left a note on their door to call. Apparently others had reported similar situations on the public[redacted] page. I would accept a refund. I left a negative review on their ** page and they blocked me so it is apparent that they are avoiding a resolution.
