Horrible customer experience. Ordered a light on a thursday and it arrived in six days and it was the wrong light. I begged customer service to send the correct light and send it next day or 2nd day because they made the mistake and my tenant did not have light in their kitchen. They said they doubted over night but 2nd day should be ok. they were going to contact the vendor and get back to me. they never called me back. Next day I try to contact them and after awhile I finally get a tracking number which shows 7 days later for it to arrive. They did not try to make me happy. Terrible customer service.

Recently, I purchased a floor lamp here. When I got it home and started putting it together, there were several pieces missing. I had help to assemble the lamp so I was especially upset that I could not get the job completed while I had help. I called the store and told the sales person, Sally. She was helpful, did all she could do to help me. She let me have the floor model that was already assembled so I did not need to arrange more help for the assembly. She wrapped the lamp to secure it from damage during transport. She called me and told me that since it was raining, she would meet me at the car so I did not have to get wet. Lamps Plus needs to keep this lady as an employee. She goes above and beyond to help her customers.
