I was charged $79.25 for a product I didn't receive or order or receive. I called the company and they were rude & told me to bad.
I was charged $79.25 for a product I didn't order or receive. I'm a single mom who lives on a limited income and would never order anything in that amount. I called the company and the representative was very rude and said yes I ordered I ordered this and too bad but"you can't get your money back because you should of called us to cancel the product when you received it." I told the representative I didn't call to cancel it as I didn't receive anything to call and cancel." She then stated that I should of called when I noticed the charge, and I told her I am because I didn't have any charges until 03/04. I called the company as soon as I found the company's number. I contacted several companies and company skin within replied stating they have received over a 100 calls about this company scamming people and that their company had no association with this company. They are refusing to reimburse me my money. I had to cancel my credit card for this fraudulent company charging my card.
The company stated they would cancel the monthly charge but won't reimburse me my money as I didn't call within 14 days of receiving the product. I didn't receive any product or any correspondence from this company until I saw the charges on my credit card in $79.25.As it seems they have been doing this to many consumers.

We have looked into this customer's complaint and had sent Mrs. a check for the amount of $39.62 on 03/08/2018. She had previously called in and accepted a 50% refund. We tried calling Mrs. on 03/22/2018 to make sure she did receive the check we sent to her but we were unsuccessful in reaching her. We have gone ahead and wrote another check for the rest of the amount of her charge which is $39.63 Check #9523. Please allow 7-10 Business days to receive that check. We are here to assist customers with anything they need.We want to ensure that our customers are happy with our product and our customer service. We hope that a full refund and our apology to Mrs. will resolve this complaint.
