We resolved the issue on 9/10/2015.  The costumer rod was purchased 25 years ago not on 2/2/2015 as reported.  Lamiglas has a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.  The rod submitted was not covered under...

warranty, the rod was delivered to us in 5 pieces. we offered a new replacement rod for 60% of our suggested retail price. The costumer purchased the new rod and was very happy.Should you require any additional information please advise.Best regards,Tom P[redacted]Lamiglas
