Took lawn mower to be fixed last fall and never received a call back. I called repeatedly and have not received a satisfactory answer.Took lawn mower to this business to be repaired last fall (I believe it was October) I was told that they would get back to me with an estimate for repair within a day or two. I never received a call, and I repeately have tried to contact this business, but it is always an automated answering system on which I had left numerous messages. No call back. Over the winter, of course, I did not need the lawn mower, so I forgot about it. Now its spring and I require it back. I am not sure what is going on here, but I want my property back, this is not acceptable. If I do not receive my property back, I will take legal action. Who does business like this??Desired SettlementI want my property backBusiness Response His mower came in for repair9/16/13. His mower was completed 10/28/13. He picked it up 5/24/14. He gave us his incorrect contact phone number. We tried several times to reach him since October 2013. The he called us shortly before 5/24/14 and we found out that we were given the wrong phone number by him. There was no phone calls/messages from him either. He picked up his mower BEFORE we recieved this.It was settled.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)[redacted]. I did not leave a 'wrong' phone number (I know what my phone number is!). In addition I had called twice and left messages on their voice mail, asking for someone to call me back, once again, leaving my correct phone number.I did call recently and ask about the mower, and the person who actually answered the phone said that it had been repaired and could be picked up.I did so.
