cannot find a phone number or email address for this company I purchased a piece of their jewelry and after weeks the finish is already worn off the back of the ring I like the style but at this point not the quality of material although I have a "unconditional lifetime guarantee" I am very uncomfortable returning this ring and sending them another $to replace a week old ring can anyone provide me with either a phone # or email address to contact them thanks
