Absolute Horror! Do NOT shop hereHere is my storyI live in a TownhouseTold the salesperson that I lived in a TownhouseWhen I chose my furniture, at no time was it mentioned that it was solid piecePaid over $for the furniture only to have it attempt to be deliveredThe furniture would not fitWhen I called the store, they said they would need to speak to their manager and would give me a call within an hourAn hour goes by and I still haven't heard anythinghours and still not a single call from themI called them back, and repeatedly was put through to their messaging servicehours later, I get an email with a picture of their "contract" where my wife initialed, where it stated that they "do not give refundsAll sales are final." I understand not giving a refund if we got the furniture and were unhappy with it days or weeks laterBut the furniture never entered the house past the front door where it got stuckNo restocking fee (which should be the practice for furniture that never made it inside), and no recourseWhen we showed up at the store, the "manager" was rude and essentially forced us to spend that money on another piece in their storeMy wife and I just wanted away from this situation and just wanted a refundInstead we ended up with furniture that was a floor model, that has tears that have been stapled to prevent more tearsWhat an absolute joke If I had known this piece of furniture we got stuck with was damaged, I would have just gone to the Revdex.com and requested my money back[redacted] Do NOT buy from this overpriced hackjob furniture storeWorst sales, and even worse after purchase customer care
Absolute Horror! Do NOT shop here. Here is my story. I live in a Townhouse. Told the salesperson that I lived in a Townhouse. When I chose my furniture, at no time was it mentioned that it was 1 solid piece. Paid over $3000 for the furniture only to have it attempt to be delivered. The furniture would not fit. When I called the store, they said they would need to speak to their manager and would give me a call within an hour. An hour goes by and I still haven't heard anything. 2 hours and still not a single call from them. I called them back, and repeatedly was put through to their messaging service. 5 hours later, I get an email with a picture of their "contract" where my wife initialed, where it stated that they "do not give refunds. All sales are final."
I understand not giving a refund if we got the furniture and were unhappy with it days or weeks later. But the furniture never entered the house past the front door where it got stuck. No restocking fee (which should be the normal practice for furniture that never made it inside), and no recourse. When we showed up at the store, the "manager" was rude and essentially forced us to spend that money on another piece in their store. My wife and I just wanted away from this situation and just wanted a refund. Instead we ended up with furniture that was a floor model, that has tears that have been stapled to prevent more tears. What an absolute joke.
If I had known this piece of furniture we got stuck with was damaged, I would have just gone to the Revdex.com and requested my money back.[redacted]
Do NOT buy from this overpriced hackjob furniture store. Worst sales, and even worse after purchase customer care.
