Has not return the deposit check to my tenants nor he received the house after tenants move out.I paid for management which was done terrible I have tenants at my house and Mr James Rose ( [redacted] and Lalique - they have changed the company name) used to be my property managementIt all went south at the end of this contract, where they have not answered tenants calls nor mine to be able to receive the house and verify the state of the same after tenants moved outHouse pretty filthy and had to repair several walls I had to take care of it when Mr James suppose to do itSince then I have not heard from them, the move out and now they are located near university blvd with a different name this is the new web [redacted] For any one looking for them as they never notified me about the change look for [redacted] Group I do not have the deposit check, and tenant wants their deposit backThis may end up in a law suite as basical
