incorrect if you look at my web page, as it has been in place for 5 years. I was under no obligation to return her money per my contract, but I told her I would. Before I had a chance to return her money, she called her bank and claimed that I fraudulently charged her. Her bank then sent me a document claiming her fraud accusation, at that point, I simply told her bank that she booked the vehicle and it was not fraud and I had all of her information. I informed the bank that I would not dispute returning the money. Her bank agreed with me that it was not fraud, and did not immediately return her money. This was no fault of mine. If she had not have lied and claimed fraud, she would have had her money back a long time ago. In closing, the amount of $630.00 has been credited to her account and if she continues to slander my company, I will file a law suit against her. I would recommend to her to use her real name when booking or reserving something.
