Truly the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
Was told someone would be out on a Tuesday to hook gas up to our new appliances, never showed and never called. We ended up getting them hooked up ourselves, and when my husband called the lady answered the phone and said "what do you want". I called today to have someone come out because we are not getting hot water to our home and was yelled at, told to shut up, and then hung up on. Again, DO NOT USE THEM. You will not get your money worth and will deal with terrible people.
