Review: I purchased a personal training package for $650 on 8/17/15. I attended two of the sessions and realized it wasn't what I wanted. I informed the Program Director, Kyle [redacted], and he agreed to refund my remaining sessions for $520. When I did not receive the refund, I asked to talk with the Manager, Krishnan [redacted], he informed me he would not credit my card, but send me a check for the amount. I have talked with Kris on three different occasions with him promising he would mail the check that day. It has been twelve weeks since I requested the refund.Desired Settlement: I agree to pay for the two sessions I attended. I want the $520 refunded. I would like it returned to my credit card. I do not want a check from this business due to my concern it would have insufficient funds.Thank you for attention to this matter.
